I hold a degree in Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Additionally, I hold a degree in Bachelors of Arts from the University of California at Santa Cruz where I studied Women Studies and Legal studies, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Davis.

My path to counseling came after a long tenure in the legal world. I worked in the civil rights, prison rights, and criminal justice fields. Working as a lawyer required curiosity, compassion, and conviction but lacked connection. After a period of pause and reflection, I decided to leave the legal field and pursue a path in counseling. This decision not only brought me to the career I was meant to do, but also led me to discover my Core Self, the part of me that is embodied, connected and clear.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists. I abide by its Code of Ethics. My license number is C7832. I’ve received training in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), Hakomi, and Attachment Therapy.
